Zapraszamy na darmowe warsztaty teatralno-językowe dla wszystkich, którzy chcieliby lepiej i odważniej mówić po angielsku – nie tylko na scenie! W programie: czytanie performatywne, ćwiczenia artykulacyjne i odrobina improwizacji. Wcześniejsze doświadczenie aktorskie nie jest wymagane – wystarczy otwartość i kreatywna energia.
Warsztaty poprowadzi Maria Sawicka, anglistka, aktorka i edukatorka teatralna, która doświadczenie reżyserskie i sceniczne zdobywała m in. w akademickim teatrze The Cheerful Hamlets, a także z międzynarodowymi zespołami w Wenecji, Pradze i Yorku.
Start: 3.10.2025 (17:00-19:00)
Kolejne spotkania: piątki 10.10, 17.10, 24.10, 7.11, 14.11
Zajęcia przeznaczone są dla osób w wieku 16+, znających język angielski na poziomie co najmniej średnio zaawansowanym (B1). Zapisy na miejscu od 25 sierpnia 2025, w Bibliotece Wielokulturowej, do wyczerpania limitu miejsc.

“Speak the speech, I pray you…”
…but with proper enunciation, correct pronunciation, and self-confidence!
We’re thrilled to invite you to a free English and theatre workshop open to all who want to speak better and more confidently in English—not only on stage! Our program: stage reading, articulation exercises, and a dash of improvisation. Previous acting experience not required—all you need is an open mind and creative spirit.
The workshop will be conducted by Maria Sawicka, an English linguist, actor and educator, who gained experience in directing and acting at the academic theatre company The Cheerful Hamlets, among others, and with international troupes in Venice, Prague, and York.
Start: 3.10.2025 (5 PM – 7 PM)
Next meetings: Fridays, 10.10, 17.10, 24.10, 7.11, 14.11
The workshop is aimed at people over 16 years old who speak at least intermediate English (B1). Registration from August 25, 2025 on-site, at the Multicultural Library, until slots are full.
